Imagine to wake up in the morning and refresh your body and soul in an untouched sea in few seconds. The beautiful Badesi beach is in fact accessible just by walking some steps and crossing a small private road, after the surrounding manicured garden (27,000 square meters).

In the outdoor area, you can enjoy the tranquillity of the place thanks to the relaxation area on the veranda, equipped with sofas and a dining area, overlooking the splendid panorama of the Asinara Gulf. The location of the property is crucial if you want to explore Northern Sardinia.

The Villa, on two levels, has 6 bedrooms with 6 en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living and dining area, a big garden and a heated swimming pool. Hot water for the whole property, pool included, is provided with solar panels.
The villa also has a cinema room with Full HD projector with NETFLIX Premium Ultra HD subscription.

Badesi is a small village, active all year round and particularly lively during the summer. It is possible to find every type of service: commercial activities, supermarkets, pizzerias and restaurants. The Badesi beach is contained between the cliffs of Isola Rossa to the east and those of Castelsardo to the west. In the area, it is possible to practice various activities such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, diving, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking etc.
The Olbia airport and the Alghero airport are about an hour away by car. While the ports of Santa Teresa di Gallura and Porto Torres are about 40 minutes.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Wifi connection is included. A cleaning of 4 hours on Saturday and Tuesday (starting at 10:00 am) with change of bed linen and towels is included. A cleaning of 4 hours on Thursday (starting at 10:00 am) with change of towels is included.

- The cost of electricity is included up to 250 kw/week of consumption.

Ho trascorso una settimana a La Bitta con la mia famiglia e altre coppie di amici e abbiamo passato una vacanza indimenticabile! la villa, oltre ad essere bellissima e avere una vista davvero mozzafiato, era perfetta per le nostre necessità. Ma soprattutto ci siamo goduti la meravigliosa piscina, in particolare i bambini. Un'esperienza che consiglio caldamente! grazie

Die Lage der Villa traumhaft. Räumlichkeiten großzügig , gute Ausstattung. Pool leider nicht sehr gepflegt. Wasser voller Sand und grün verfärbt. Duschen in den fugenbereichen schwarz. Die concierge kam bei einem einwöchigen Aufenthalt zwei mal und trotz Hinweis von uns , hat sie das Objekt nicht verschlossen. Haustür war frei zugänglich,,,,

We stayed at this lovely seaside villa and it was one of our most memorable family vacations. Our whole group (mom, dad, 3 children, grandpa, grandma and 2 friends) enjoyed the stay. The location of the house was right next to the sea. A beautiful sandy beach within walking distance. The very nice, modern villa with a beautiful pool and an outdoor veranda where we spent some relaxing moments. An important thing is that the Sardinia Unlimited agency that has booked the villa for us provides complete assistance before, during and after our stay (we forgot a bracelet and returned it to us). Thanks for everything and greetings from England!

La villa che abbiamo scelto per le nostre vacanze quest'anno ci è piaciuta da matti. Molto moderna, elegante, ordinata, spaziosa e con una posizione privilegiata proprio vicino ad una grandissima spiaggia. La piscina è altrettanto spettacolare e così quando non si ha voglia di spostarsi dalla villa si può godere anche della sua presenza. Abbiamo potuto goderci il panorama anche durante le nostre cene e pranzi all'aperto sulla splendida terrazza coperta che si trova all'esterno. Anche l'accoglienza è stata molto calorosa e professionale. Grazie per la bella vacanza!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Badesi, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Wassers. Das ist sehr schön und modern, funktional und mit Sorgfalt und Liebe eingerichtet. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind beeindruckend und der Sonnenuntergang ist immer ein besonderes Erlebnis. Die nächste Stadt ist Badesi in ca. 5 Autominuten. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Villa können Sie an einem riesigen und schönen Strand schwimmen. Darüber hinaus ist ein schöner privater Pool die Kulisse. Wir haben unseren Urlaub wirklich genossen und wer Ruhe liebt, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

A beautiful, very elegant villa right next to the sea with a fantastic swimming pool for exclusive use waiting for you outside the villa. We had a fantastic short holiday in a wonderful place. The villa is characterized by large, well-arranged and organized interior spaces. The exterior guarantees a splendid view of the sea and the opportunity to enjoy moments of relax in a covered and well-furnished veranda. Even the reception was excellent. We were really good and I think we'll be back as soon as possible.
