Hotel Cristallo is a gem of a hotel, and the perfect location from which to explore the Dolomites. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful, and makes you feel at home. The spa and dining programs are both extremely well-run and add to the benefits of staying here, Was truly sad to leave. Highly recommend

A perfect stay with fantastic spa and service

A genuinely fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The service throughout was impeccable. The room was wonderful and spacious with fresh towels each day. The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! The itinerary of daily events was a really nice touch and the dessert buffet (Fridays) and banquet dinners (Sundays) were very good. One of the very best hotel stays I have had.

An excellent hotel

Our stay was amazing, the service was excellent as well as the spa facilities . Food was superb and Christina gave us a great service at the restaurant . The chef Joseph is a master ! The only thins that can be improved (1) to heat the jacuzzi in the indoor pool as it’s too cold (2) to add weights of 2 or 3 k at the gym (which was also great )

Amazing place. The restaurant is truly exceptional. The staff members are not only professional but also incredibly kind. Francesco, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. He was consistently polite, professional, and readily available to assist us. Fantastic hotel stay with very bad ending...

Hotel location, staff ,food, room and all facilities are great.These are 10/10...We have had 2 rooms with my boys. But we had a problem at the end of our stay wich our thoughts become very negative.After check out, we drove our car about 3 hours and remembered that my wife forgot her jacket at the wardrobe. Four members of our family were very sure that it was in the room when we left. We called the hotel 3 times to check if it is found and answers were all negative. It was very annoying to us. We are not considering value of the jacket. When you stay in a hotel ,it becomes your home during your stay and you want to feel 100% secured . As a result we do not want to go back again. Sorry...

Kind staffs and welcoming mood

Staffs at reception were kind and professional. Welcome and farewell were satisfactory. Spa facility was generally excellent except for the case that no warm water was provided at shower booth in indoor pool around dinner time. Rest of it, overall service and facility were exceptional. I would like to visit again.

Бронировали номер стандарт, но при заселении нам предложили люкс с видом на горы без доплаты. Мы были в приятном шоке. В номере больше всего понравился камин, терраса с шезлонгами, панорамные окна с видом на горы, ванна отдельная от душа. Прекрасная спа-зона, в которую входит внешний бассейн с подогревом, внутренний бассейн, детский бассейн, джакузи, 4 вида саун, несколько релакс-зон, гидромассаж для ног. В спа-зоне есть уголок, где стоят угощения для постояльцев (разные виды напитков, орешки, сухофрукты, свежие фрукты). Отличные завтраки! Я впервые довольна классическими европейскими завтраками. Большое разнообразие блюд и все очень вкусное! Дополнительно мы оплачивали ужин, 32€ с человека. На ужине есть возможность сделать заказ на несколько позиций из меню. Не шведский стол. Так же здесь самый добрый и отзывчивый персонал, который нам встречался в отелях. Hotel Cristallo, мы влюбились в вас по уши!❤️ Вернемся еще ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО!

Die Zimmer sind sehr rustikal und haben eine einfache Ausstattung, aber der Wellness Bereich des Hotels ist traumhaft. Eine der Saunas hat eine Glasfront zur Poollandschaft, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist.

Perfect honeymoon visit to dolomites

We stayed at Hotel cristallo at the recommendation of our friends who spent time there during their honeymoon to Italy. We followed suit and it did not disappoint! The service was impeccable, the friendliest staff. Gorgeous views and locations secluded away but still only a few minutes from the local towns. It was perfect and we also partook in the Turkish baths which was fun as that’s not typical in American resorts. Definitely do dinner st La Gana. It’s not cheap but for two people and a bottle of wine, we spent under $130 Euro and was quite possibly one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Will highly recommend!

Splendida atmosfera in cui immergersi

L'accoglienza, la disponibilità e l'attenzione verso gli ospiti si respira dal primo momento. Già alla reception e nella hall si apprezzano i dettagli e la scelta dei materiali; il legno, la luce e i profumi sono in continuità con il magnifico ambiente esterno. La Suite Bellavista si trova nella parte più nuova della struttura, 47 metri quadri di coccole in ogni angolo, si cammina rigorosamente scalzi sul pavimento, credo di legno di cirmolo. Entrando si è subito avvolti dal calore e dal profumo del legno, gli spazi sono organizzati in modo ottimale. Così come la suite anche la nuovissima SPA impiega materiali naturali per rendere l'esperienza tra interno ed esterno un continuum unico, piacevole ed impagabile. Per una coccola in più abbiamo apprezzato anche la beauty farm, lunghi e distensivi massaggi eseguiti alla perfezione. Il ristoro del palato è garantito sia dal buffet di frutta e tisane nella SPA, sia dalla abbondante merenda del pomeriggio che ci fa scoprire spazi interni sempre piacevoli e curati. Colazione e cena sono sempre ricche e varie, il personale di sala e di cucina è sempre attento, gioviale e l'impronta generale si riflette anche sulle scelte culinarie. Per noi le Dolomiti sono incomparabili e preziose, il contesto dell'alta badia ci ha tolto il fiato più volte con i suoi prati, i boschi, gli animali, la ricchezza di sapori e la gentilezza di tutti; e l'Hotel Cristallo ha catalizzato tutto questo regalandoci momenti unici.
