Hotel confirmed that to be the case. Once we arrive at the property the rooms are not together and the front desk couldn’t do anything as the hotel was fully booked (wonder how?). Tea service takes 2-3 reminders to arrive. Nothing available after 10 PM, we needed some warm milk for my 2 year old but they couldn’t...
