Its twin spa town, Buxton, is 14 miles away and offers a lively arts scene including an opera house, while the Monsal Dale (2 miles) is a beautiful destination where you can enjoy the outstanding scenery on foot.

Wander through to the sunroom which overlooks the courtyard and is wonderfully light and bright offering comfy seating to unwind with good company, and feel like you are outside, whatever the weather. Head up the new oak staircase and you will find a king-size bedroom with lovely views over the village green. There is a further double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and attachment for shower and WC. Please note, there is restricted head height in the bathroom affecting the shower and also on part of the landing.

Heading outside, there is an enclosed courtyard to the rear of the cottage with a table and seating providing a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the fresh air. There is roadside parking to the front of the cottage (subject to availability).
