Yes the Tv did not work at all during my first night at the property. Despite reporting several times and staff keep promising this would be sorted, no one came from maintenance ..

The checkin was great. Staff were very welcoming and paid attention to details. The villa was soo relaxing and quiet. We rented a suite and it was just awesome. Highly recommended and will come back again.

We took two enjoyable day trips to see several "must-see" parts of Mauritius, but we spent most of our time enjoying The Ravenala Attitude facilities and romantic manicured tropical grounds. We felt little need to explore the Balaclava environs.
Superb resort
It's a good location to do things in the North and in Port Louis. To go South of the Island you have to beat the traffic which can be a nightmare.
Pretty much the dirty armpit of Mauritius, which has a lot of armpits.
