The staff is helpful and courteous. The bed's upholstery is torn and makes me itch possibly there are bed bugs. I have to request for toilet paper because there is none and no waste basket too. The area is in the slums and smells terrible. We lost power a few times. Inside the apartment are signs everywhere telling you what to do and not do. There was a sign telling us to flush the toilet after using it, no alcohol, take your shoes off, do not enter this room, no smoking..etc. The ac was ...
