The holiday flat is located in a detached house, was renovated in 2023 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is popular also due to the view of the lake from the premises and its quiet, sunny waterfront location. This holiday property is family-friendly accommodation. For your exclusive use are: parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Balatonboglár. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi‑Fi), iron and ironing board. Television reception is via cable. The accommodation features hypoallergenic pillows.
