"The location makes this property shine. You simply cannot beat having the beach at your doorstep.My only feedback is that the leather couch and chair needs to be cleaned. It should be noted that there is no air-conditioning although opening the windows solves this problem and you can hear the sounds of the ocean, which is great!I would absolutely stay at this property again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this studio apartment in Newport Beach! The location was perfect—just one block from the beach and within easy walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. The studio was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Having a designated parking spot was a huge bonus and made getting around so much easier.Our hosts were incredibly responsive and even met us when we arrived, making check-in smooth and welcoming. We absolutely loved the area and enjoyed being able to walk to so many places. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Newport Beach getaway!"

"Our stay at this property was great! The rooms were all clean and had plenty of space for our family, and the host provided small amenities that helped us feel right at home. The upstairs AC worked like a charm, and we brought a few window fans for the downstairs rooms that worked wonders to bring the temps down overnight. The location was great for access to beach and local shops. We would definitely recommend this place and would consider returning next summer!"
