"We stayed overnight as we had an early flight. It was a beautiful suite with a separate bedroom. I enjoyed a dip in the pool as the temperature was high. The vegetation is beautiful and the birds in abundance as you can hear them chirping around the pool. Shuttle was on time and service excellent. The only thing that surprised me was the restaurant attached to the hotel. We walked in and there wasn't an employee in sight. Finally there appeared to be one bar man who was the only server. We waited a while but realized it could take a long time to be served since there were a number of clients so we left. It wasn't a good reference for a Holiday Inn and the restaurant wasn't very clean."

"I had to have my room key reset after every use. And my toilet got clogged twice. The cleaning staff spoke no English which made it difficult to communicate. I'll look for other accommodation next time I visit. Also you have to pay to park in 100 degree heat"

"Parking was good. Staff at check-in was OK but less than friendly. Within 10 minutes inside the room, I sat down on the corner of the bed and cut my left Achilles area with a steel part of the bedframe hanging out underneath a mattress cover. Of course, I went down to the lobby, reported the incident and had to ask for a form to fill out. But first I had to locate the on duty lobby staff person who was outside, leaning against a pillar on her cell phone while smoking a cigarette. I filled out an incident report inside my room number 331describing what had occurred. Upon my return to the lobby area once again, I had to locate the staff member who is outside again, leaning against the pillar and smoking a cigarette while on her phone. What’s back in the room? I decided to call down to the lobby and get an incident number. The staff member told me she would look into it and call me back and never did. The next morning, I was met with the same height of unfriendly demeanor on the part of the person behind the desk. I asked for a copy of the incident report that she was either unable to operate the coffee machine or it was nonfunctional so I never got a copy. She handed me a torn piece of Notebook tablet to write down my email, so the manager could send a copy to me. I never received any information from the manager or inquiry. This is my 3rd stay at this establishment and I most likely will never return. I stay there because of the proximity to the airport. Guess what’s next!"
