"I would give 0 star if I could. Long store short, Do NOT stay this hotel, we regret to just pick cheap price. 1. The hotel doesn't have air conditioning. I thought it was issue for every hotel in Ireland, but other 2 hotels we stayed later in the same trip have aircon. It was miserable in the summer. 2. Hotel staff and manager were unfriendly and unhelpful at all. Their attitude seems like that we were giving them trouble after I explained the room was hot. Hey, this was our first time, and...

"Cool guesthouse kind of property. No traditional "front desk" or on site workers but the owners own the restaurant across the street and pizza place downstairs and everyone helps with everything and they are all great. Awesome breakfast in the restaurant and the staff is really helpful and engaging and care. I would totally stay there again. No elevator, and top floor rooms can get kind of toasty in the summer with no ac, but not a big deal for us."

"Floors not clean. Washing machine full of dirty water. Bedding was adequate. Shower got barely warm. You get what you pay for. "

"The room was small but workable. The door is an old fashioned key from both sides type with no other means to lock the door from the inside. The first bath towel I got literally fell apart but the 2nd one was the softest I’ve ever had at a hotel. Restaurant was good and they poured a good pint. The walls are quite thin so it’s a little noisy. "

"This is a great, family friendly property that make fantastic use of its space. The host was warm, welcoming and easy to communicate with."
