"The hot tub jets didn’t work. The pool had a couple bugs floating. The air conditioner screen was so dirty it didn’t blow cold air. The hot water in the shower was mediocre. And the “executive suite” building was not even secure (you did not need a key card to enter)"

The Cardinals Nest, Charming 4-bedroom house, Historic Village of Ballston Spa.
"The house is was perfect for our family of 5. There were some toiletries already in the bathroom, which gave us one less thing to pack. It was perfectly located as we were visiting family in Ballston Spa and Clifton Park. An added bonus was the smooth and easy check-out process!"
