"The room was filthy…. I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot. The place smelled musty, wet, and rank. I can’t believe we didn’t get housekeeping daily. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where they didn’t at least give you fresh towels. I was told to bring my dirty towels to the manager and they would give me clean ones. Also had to ask for a fresh bar of soap. The wall unit air conditioner barely kept the room comfortable. The so called free “Breakfast” was pitiful. Ran out of coffee…not once...

"We did not see staff very much. At the front desk we had to call for help when we checked in and out. At breakfast, no one came to check if more of anything needed to have food added."
