"The hotel is in a peaceful and pleasant country setting with neat gardens, a tidy organic farm, and a stream flowing past the property. There is a small chapel across the stream. Overall, the setting is very nice. The room we were allocated was a bit disappointing (for the price charged) as the decor was a little tired and in need of freshening-up. (I understand some rooms in other parts of the hotel had been recently refurbished). Breakfast: the servers were very pleasant and helpful....

"We stayed with our lovely hosts Jo and Jim at their beautiful B&B. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Lovely Jo showed us to our room and it really did exceed expectations. Breakfast was delicious with perfectly cooked scrambled eggs and fresh coffee etc. Jo and Jim went over and beyond to make us feel at home. We will definitely be back. We can’t thank you enough Vanessa & Rory "
