Barr na Sraide Inn

Barr na Sraide Inn

10/10 Excellent
"The rooms are above a bar. The staff were so friendly and helpful and gave us plenty of recommendations for where to go. Check-in was straight forward. You do this at the bar. There is a car park at the rear of the property. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. Within walking distance of all food places and bars. Breakfast was delicious and I highly recommend eating breakfast here. A selection of juices, tea, continental and delicious cooked breakfast. Homemade bread and scones. At 15 euros this is excellent value. Highly recommend Barr na Sráide⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful-some other nice staff encountered on the whole trip. Easy enough to leave car parked there and walk into Dingle. Breakfast was extra but convenient and good Our room had more of a garden view. When the curtains were open, you could see inside from the sidewalk, and when the curtains were closed, it was just too dark inside, not enough light.."

Emlagh House

10/10 Excellent
"We (2 couples) stayed at Emlagh House for 3 nights. It was our favourite accommodation in a 3 week trip around Ireland. The location is perfect, a 5 minute walk to town. The rooms were very spacious with lovely views, and had air conditioning - rare for Ireland but as Australians a must when the weather is warmer and humid. Beds were king size and super comfortable. Breakfast was delightful and the common areas, especially the conservatory, were a great spot for a pre or post dinner drink and chat. Most importantly, the service from the staff was excellent. Many thanks to Peggy, Susie and Mary who made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable."

'A House to Live for -View to Die for'.

10/10 Excellent
"This isa wonderful house for a week-long stay for a group of five adults and two children. This was my sixth visit to the Dingle peninsula, and it was the first visit for the other six members of my family. The house is well equipped and furnished. The views of the Dingle peninsula coastline are simply breathtaking. Dramatic sea cliffs and a large, stunning sandy beach are just a short walk across the property (by dozens of sheep) and then down to the water. The house is perfectly located as a convenient staging ground for drives all over the peninsula, trips into Dingle for shopping and dining, hiking Mount Brandon and doing other great hikes and walks, and doing a half-day excursion to Great Blasket Island. The house is also located just a short walk away from Louis Mulcahy Pottery, which has a great café, beautiful pottery for sale, and make-your-own pottery opportunities. Brian was very helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. I highly recommend renting this house."
