"The staff were wonderful. The food was very good and generous. The beds were really comfortable!! I was a bit disappointed about two things for a "camping" experience. I was kept awake one night by the generator running continuously. Secondly, for an area of the world that is known for it's dark sky and star-gazing, I was really disappointed that there were so many lights on in the main tent and also the surrounding lodges. Also, the beer seemed ridiculously expensive!"
"its a perfect location, not to big, very friendly and helpful staff, the room very nice, very clean. The meals are more than excellent ! The gluten-free option were various and the gluten-free bread a dream !
Thank you to Morrena Lodge - it was great !"
"It’s a great property with a fantastic location. The guided tours are excellent. Let down a little by slightly tired rooms. Hotel need a refresh but staff and location are the best!"
"Fundamentally this hotel has a lot to offer in terms of its location, and the bed was comfy / restaurant was decent, but overall we were very disappointed with the rooms, which are basically portakabins with super thin walls, cracked floorboards, lukewarm showers and no charm. The restaurant staff were all pretty unfriendly too. By far the worst value for money of anywhere we stayed in Patagonia. "
"This hotel was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment you walk through the doors you immediately realize the sense of coziness, the attention to detail, the friendly staff, the cleanliness, the positive vibes, and my personal favorite the most spectacular view in all of Torres Del Paines! There is no better view in the entire park. I highly recommend this hotel without any reservations. "
