O hotel está muito bem localizado, com fácil acesso a pontos de interesse da cidade. As instalações são limpas e bem cuidadas, e o café da manhã é bom. Ficamos em um quarto lateral, o que ajudou a evitar o barulho da rua. No entanto, a acústica interna deixa a desejar, foi possível ouvir bastante os ruídos vindos de outros hóspedes nos corredores e quartos vizinhos.

Decepcionante

Hotel tem uma localização excelente. De restante, deixa muito a desejar. Péssima relação custo-benefício. A recepção tem um atendimento fraco, impessoal. Os elevadores são lentos e estão com problemas de manutenção. A pintura dos corredores estão gastas. A vista do mar anunciada é apenas parcial e como as janelas são basculantes e sujas você não tem uma vista legal (que seria a única vantagem de estar frente ao mar). O banheiro sequer tem porta toalhas para a toalha de rosto. Os quartos têm pouca estrutura (não tem cafeteira) e tem uma cama adicional que só atrapalha. O serviço de quarto é ruim e mesmo solicitando foi feito pela metade. As camas são boas e confortáveis O café da manhã é bom,. Serviço de Vallet desorganizado, trouxeram o carro errado na saída.

Ótimos estadia, equipe muito atenciosa, nos concederam um early check in. Faria aniversário no final de semana , me presentearam com doces e bolo. Quarto ótimo tamanho, cama muito confortável, banheiro com amenites da Fhytoervas, chuveiro quente e com ótima vazão. Café da manhã bom, nada extraordinário mas com itens necessário para um bom café. Se podemos colocar os prós só Estacionamento terceirizado, então paga a parte mas tem serviço de valer 24hs por dia e no quarto um local mais adequado caso a pessoa precise trabalhar. No mais voltaria com certeza

Com frio e sem informação.

Terrível, comprei um apto intermediário de frente para o mar, mal se consegue ver o mar pois me colocaram no 2º andar. Passei frio no quarto, não havia calefação, fiquei sabendo por um amigo que no andar 2 não tem calefação, mas não fui informado na reserva e nem no checkin, jamais pagaria 650,00 por um quarto sem calefação. Chuveiro também não esquentou a contento, portanto a experiência foi frustrante.
