This beautiful, well-appointed row home is an oasis in the city and a perfect place to rejuvenate. It is located on a quiet street in the Washington Village neighborhood of Baltimore City.

The first floor offers a living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen provides access to a private, fenced-in back yard. On the second floor you'll find a spacious bedroom with queen-sized bed and a full bathroom. The third floor is a living space with lots of natural light, including sliding glass doors leading to a balcony that's a perfect place to enjoy the cooler evening air and a view of the city skyline. The third floor also offers additional sleeping space: a full-sized futon and a twin-sized bed. You'll find hardwood floors throughout the home.

This home is conveniently located near the B&O Railroad Mt. Clare Station and looks out on the B&O Railroad Museum. It is minutes from Oriole Park at Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium, the University of Maryland Medical Center, and the Inner Harbor..
