Its ridiculous to have to pay $18.00 parking per day and you already paying to stay there. Parking should be included "free" with the purchase of them room. The elevators kept getting stuck , had to carry our luggage from the 3rd using the stairs.

Location next to the casino is the major positive. Property is terribly constructed. You can hear toilets flush in every room and any conversations in the hall or adjoining rooms. Rooms are adequate and it’s not a bad property, just loud so bring your earplugs.

The room was fine. A little cramped. I did have a few issues 1. A broken elevator. Another guest was stuck in their elevator for 20 minutes 2. A $100 security deposit??? I've stayed in several Holiday Inns in the past 6 months, NONE required a $100 hold, only $50 3. THEY CHARGE $15 TO PARK! That is OUTRAGEOUS!!! If I'm staying on your property, as a TRAVELLER, why in the h*ll am I paying to park my means of transportation??? The clerk responded to my query with, "Well all the hotels charge to park"...that issue should have NOTHING to do with me. The Casino next door didn't charge for parking, why should the HOTEL? I fully concede that if there were a special event or sports at the stadium, you might need to charge to prevent people sneaking in there. But it's just a random weekend Ridiculous...

Our toilet was continuously clogged from the start of our trip. While they did come and snake it once, we were then told by maintenance, "to hold down the flusher when flushing." right, sir. Thank you. The four of us had to go down to the main lobby every time they needed the bathroom. When checking out, the receptionist said, "Why didn't they change your room?" Well Ma'am, you tell me?? Thank you. The breakfast was wiped out at 9:30 am when it was ending at 10:00 am. There was no water, no silverware, no food, no condiments, juice machine was broken and no sign on it. We had to complain to the front desk in order to get anything filled. The elevators were also not working consistently resulting in us needing to use the stairs for our luggage etc. We also found pubic hairs stuck to the "clean" towels in our bathroom. The only good thing I can say is that the hotel and rooms were very clean, besides the towels. Also, when we first arrived the tv remote was covered in dried food and what looked to be dried cheese.
