"Stayed in a presidential suite. It was a good unit of 2 bedrooms on the 7th floor. The check in was not smooth and took more time than usual. There were issues with wifi as signal was weak but it got sorted out. The staff were quick to remind us that our room did not include a breakfast. Wierd because a person who has booked a suite would generally know what is and is not included in the booking. The staff could be more courteous."

"For the price, a decent hotel. We could check in early, and most of the things work. But it rained in the evening because of which the restaurant of the hotel did not open. There is no excuse for that given its a 3 star hotel."
