I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "

Everywhere there is an undertone of unkemptness. The pool stairs are cracked, paint is peeling, the “gym equipment” is rotting, the chairs outside our room literally fell apart. Not confident that our room was thoroughly cleaned either. There were empty toiletry boxes from the last guess and their leftover snack remnants in the fridge. Staff was also just okay. I told them about the toiletry situation and they never addressed it. Overall it was hard to communicate with them, but that is also partly on me because I do not speak Thai. The breakfast food is extremely bland. There is also no way to lock your doors from the inside so your doors are unlocked when you are asleep. "

However, upon check-in, we were informed that we needed to pay an additional 1000 baht for a cot, because of three of us in the room. This seemed overpriced, and we ultimately didn't need the cot. Additionally, the hotel restaurant's food was expensive, and the portions were quite small. While there was a happy hour with a "buy one, get one free" certain alcoholic drink offer, it seemed to only apply to juice, which was disappointing. The room itself had issues with drainage, and in the middle of the night, we ran out of toilet paper. Unfortunately, there were no spare rolls available, which was inconvenient. The room also lacked sufficient trash cans. On a positive note, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However, in our opinion, the overall experience did not justify the high prices for the facilities offered. Based on this experience, we have decided not to book this hotel for future stays. "
