I moved this little boutique hotel. My room was so spacious, cozy and well appointed. The staff was extremely accommodating and the best part, it's dog friendly! An added bonus is the little cafe on the first floor. I highly recommend.

I stayed in the Modern Farmhouse room and honestly didn’t expect it to feel this homey. The open layout made the space feel bigger than it looks in photos, and I loved the rustic touches, like the wooden beams, earthy tones, and cute little details all came together nicely. It’s super well-equipped, with a full kitchen(event salt and papper) and huge balcony (a rare find in Bangkok). Location is super central too, we walked everywhere. Highly recommend if you want something charming but still modern.

WARNING: Not Safe for Single Women or People of Color. As an African American woman who lived in Bangkok for a year, racism toward Black women is common, this hotel was one of the worst examples. I'm DISGUSTED. Staff entered my room multiple times without consent, took photos of my underwear and urine. Two other women confirmed the same, they snoop through your stuff, photograph your belongings and toilet, share photos amongst each other. Despite telling staff their micro-aggressions made me uncomfortable, harassment continued daily. They only speak enough English to harass, manipulate, and play victim. Charged for free bottled water because they recycle. Broke a 15 baht bottle by mistake, got overcharged. Extended my stay, they refused to honor it and stole my entire deposit. Asked for terms, they WROTE THEM IN INK PEN on the spot making up whatever they wanted as revenge. Checking out, a male staff member, glasses, bad build, bad attitude, refused to leave my room while I packed. They loaded my stuff onto a bootleg cart and belongings went missing. Staff chased me while I was on the phone with Expedia submitting evidence. The 270-pound manager picks his boogers and slides them on the desk and almost stepped on my dog. A European man cursed and yelled at me and my dog while we minded our business. No gym, no pool, nothing. No police protection. LGBTQ-friendly maybe but NOT safe for single women or women of color. Do NOT stay here. Boycott this place. You've been warned.

I don't know where to start. The entire experience here was unbelievable. The issue started when I arrived & they wanted me to pay money for my service animal who is exempt from fees. Then they came in my room without my permission, took photos of my underwear & the toilet & told me to scoop my feces out of the toilet. They told me that I'm not allowed to use the toilet. Then when it was time for me to end this reservation & start a new one they came to my room & said I was being kicked out of the hotel for flushing the toilet. Then the heavyset manager who was eating his boogers stormed in my room, wouldn't leave & let me pack, he harassed me, called me racist names in Thai, & STOLE MY FULL DEPOSIT because he said I checked out late despite them canceling my reservation & initially telling me they were moving me in another room. I called Expedia & the police. I showed them that the staff were making up terms as they went and I didn't sign anything that said they could steal my ENTIRE DEPOSIT. I found the receipt next to my belongings. THE MANAGER CHASED ME AROUND THE LOBBY & tried to snatch my receipt out of my hand. I called police & they laughed. Men from the street had to come in & intervene to protect me. They are digesting, prejudice, scammers. I was targeted & mistreated because they wanted someone else to move in the space and pay more money. This place needs to be shut down! Do NOT RECOMMEND. They are manipulative, unprofessional, bullies.
