Very nice staff. Helpful and courteous. Room ok. Ask for a larger chair. One that I had was fit for a Munchkin. Bathroom a little dim. Led lights but you will manage. It’s an interesting layout. Check-in went well. Overall impression of the room good and clean. Good bed with good pillows with pillow choice. Housekeeping good and daily clean. The only problem i had was that the room was in the entrancetunnel for the car parking of the hotel. So a lot of noise from people that come and go and from other social activities that were held there at the time of my stay. Room has not that good of sound isolation to keep the sounds to a minimum. So not every night we've slept very well. Overall the room is well-sized and clean and everything works fine within the room

For us the bed was to hard.Sore back every morning. Internet didn’t work for 3 days after reporting it several times.Unable to turn of all the lights at night unless you removed the entrance card which in turn turned off the A/C(Not ideal).Very limited storage space for clothes etc.

朝食がとても美味しかったです。連泊しましたがメニューが変わるので飽きません。リバーを眺めながら朝食が食べられると思っていたのですが、朝食レストランから川は見えなくて残念でした。リバーサイドには別のレストラン（BAR）があります。プールは屋内にあり雨でも関係なく使えて、清潔感もあり気持ちよかったです。歯ブラシはありませんでした。ベッドは快適に眠れました。エアコンの効きも良いです。タオルがボロボロで黒ずんでいるのでローカル感がありました。
