Been here many times, best compromise for visiting Bangkok for business, with and without family. Takky, the concierge manager, is brilliant and always happy to accommodate all your needs end to end. Neighbourhoods is chill and cool, transportation very convenient.

The hotel is in a not so commercialized part of Sukhumvit Road, and therefore not a lot of shops around. But there is a Seven nearby, which is very convenient. The BTS station is only about 5 minutes walk, and therefore you can access to others places in Bangkok easily. The staffs are very friendly. The buffet breakfast is good and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel.

I was given a room on the 20th floor and came to find a cockroach infestation in my room and have the photos of the bugs, was very unfortunate as I spent a good amount of money for this room just to be disappointed and uncomfortable, was switched rooms but not given any type of refund. If I was given a penthouse room for the night to combat the cockroach infestation then I may have not been so upset with my experience

Air condition was too aggressive, could not lower below low. Windows allowed noise from street to come through in floor 11. Bath with very nice shower. Bed had super cosy topper. Interior is very useful and gives smooth atmosphere. Checkin and checkout took too long. Any extra which seems to cause trouble in process. We additionally booked late checkout which we could not even book upfront. This was a bit disappointing.
