Superb location. Min walk to MBK,Siam Paragon, BTS stations. Value for money and room size are great. Basic amenities and a stone throw away from 7-11. The hotel restaurant serve great Thai food at reasonable price. What I don’t like about is the house keeping troller noise starts as early as 7am. It can be quite disturbing.

Great walking distance, hotel was clean, nice little balcony which we liked. We did not have time to use any amenities as we left at 4am. It was perfect for what we needed

Great to be back staying in the Reno after 20 years away! The hotel has been given a lovely upgrade but nice still to be able to use the swimming pool at any time.

Very happy staying here. Clean, tidy, and organised. Love the herbal tea and water compliments. Friendly staff who even helped with hiding hen party gift bags I had. Only negatives are:- no bathroom soap, no iron, and breakfast is expensive. Still I would highly recommend this hotel.

we love the place, it's a boutique place well thought through, functional, with a cosy cafe, dining, swimming pool. Friendly staff. Superb location just off the skytrain (National Stadium) and across shopping malls (MBK, Siam Center, Siam Discovery) walking area Siam Square. just behind Jim Thompson. Can jog safely at Chula university. A secret well kept ! warmly recommend !
