We had a wonderful stay with four couples enjoying a friendcation. We enjoyed breakfast in our private room, aqua fitness and many visits to the lounge on F52. The staff were wonderful and left lovely fruit and chocolate treats in our room. Thanks for having us.

A 5 star experience

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, great facilities. The suites are beautiful and the lounge access was a bonus. We would definitely recommend staying here if you visit Bangkok. We will stay again if we ever return to the city

This hotel will wow you and make you happy however i have to hold off giving a full 5 stars. Does this deserve 5 stars maybe in another city but fierce 5 star competition in its price point shows this classic Bangkok is almost due for an upgrade service will make up for any wear and tear seen.

Incredible place, views superb, staff superb, room superb. Bring a full wallet though, it’s very expensive to eat and drink here in comparison to the city and not a lot going on in the surrounding streets. If you’re wondering out try Jacks for authentic Thai food on the river. Very basic compared to the hotel but brilliant.

An Icon in Bangkok.

Our Thailand family vacation started in Bangkok with Lebua. Their service is excellent, but the rooms are a bit worn down. We stayed in a 3-bedroom suite. We had one dinner at the hotel, the rest we ate out. Their prices are very high, as the rest of the reviews will tell. If you can afford it, go for it. Drinks are good but expensive.

The customer service at this hotel was excellent. They arranged for cake and flowers to be sent to our room to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was amazing! The only complaints I have is that the elevators were slow and you have to wear closed shoes to the Club lounge, which I think is unnecessary.

Very nice hotel, but food/drinks prices ridiculous

The hotel is very nice, but the bars and restaurants do not offer a quality that is at level with the pricing. The food is average or a little above - but the prices are 5-8 times higher than average. The view is not so unique, that it can explain 850+ thb for a local beer - or 5000 thb for a risotto.
