About this property
9 Suite Mountain Lodge with 10 Bathrooms, Pool, Fire Pit, 2 Hot Tubs, Game Room
Picture this: golden hour spills across the Blue Ridge, two hot tubs bubble on the patio, and laughter drifts from the game room as the smell of burgers wafts from the grill. Tonight, 25 of your favorite people are under one roof. Tomorrow, Sugar Mountain is five minutes away, Grandfather Mountain twenty, and Boone a quick thirty. This is the lodge that turns reunions into traditions and ski trips into the story your group still tells five years later.
The Space Step inside the newly redesigned Blue Ridge Mountain Lodge and you'll feel the hush of the mountains immediately — vaulted ceilings, nature-themed art, and that lived-in warmth that says "stay a while."
Resort Exclusives ✔ Two private hot tubs (seats 14 total) ✔ Custom-built fire pit ✔ Shared heated community pool (across the street) ✔ Community tennis courts ✔ Arcade machine, pool/billiards table, Infinity Game Table ✔ Two 5-burner BBQ grills on the deck ✔ Direct hiking trail access from the property
Two living rooms anchor the home. The main room invites you onto plush leather sofas around a gas fireplace with a 65" Roku Smart TV — the spot where everyone ends up after dinner. A second sitting room with a 55" TV gives the night-owls and the early-risers their own space.
The chef's kitchen was built for a crowd. Two refrigerators, two cooktops, two dishwashers, three coffee makers, an air fryer, instant pot, and a spice rack mean nobody fights for counter space. A dedicated coffee bar handles the morning rush.
When it's time to eat, two locally-made live-edge dining tables seat all 25 guests together — no kids' table, no overflow.
- Game room: Pac-Man and NBA Jam arcades, billiards, and an Infinity Game Table with dozens of digital games - 9 bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bath: 4 kings, 3 queens, a queen+twin, a kids' room with twins and trundles, plus a primary suite with a king and two pull-out sofas - 9.5 baths stocked with fresh towels, makeup towels, hairdryers, and toiletries - Two new hot tubs on the back patio — soak up to 14 people at once under the stars - Custom stone fire pit with seating for s'mores and storytelling - Covered porch with two 5-burner BBQ grills and a picnic table - Pack-and-plays, plastic kid dishware, and high chair for the little travelers - High-speed Wi-Fi, two washers, two dryers, central heat and AC throughout

Great stay with plenty of space! Love that each room has its own bathroom. The house was well equipped with everything you may need and the host was very responsive with any questions. I would definitely stay again.
This was the absolute perfect house for our group of four families to celebrate together. We had adults, kids, and teens, and the layout could not have been better. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather, laugh, and spend time together, while still allowing each family and individual to have their own private space. Everyone having their own bathroom was a huge bonus and made the stay incredibly comfortable. Our host, Mike, was wonderful! Communication and planning was easy and timely, and the home was spotless upon arrival. The kids had so much fun exploring the area, and the location itself was truly perfect for our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would absolutely stay here again!
Our stay at this house was absolutely great! The house was clean and we were delighted to find it well-equipped with various game activities, which was a huge bonus. The bedrooms were also very pleasant and comfortable. The highlight of our trip was definitely the outdoor premises and amenities, which we loved—it provided a fantastic setting for relaxation and fun. Overall, the experience was wonderful, and the host took excellent care of us throughout our stay. We highly recommend this home!
The place was huge and perfect for big groups. We loved the amount of parking available, the easy access to the neighborhood amenities, and the spacious rooms. The place could have been vacuumed better and the pull out couch beds did not seem to have been opened up & cleaned as we found tissues and crumbs upon opening the pull out. However, we quickly fixed that ourselves and had a great stay. Aside from that, the place was perfect and we would come back again!
We had a great stay and the host was more then accommodating during the stay, the kitchen has everything you need for big groups, and the house as a whole is great for multiple families kids included. Would recommend and stay again

Perfect place for a big family gathering!
Conveniently located 15 minutes to Boone, large enough to hold our large family of 16 comfortably. Loved the long live-edge custom tables in the large dining area, well equipped kitchen, hot tubs, fire pit, pool table and games. Coordination with owner was excellent, easy to get a hold of and wanted us to have the best stay pissible. Would not hesitate to rent again!!

Wonderful house
We love staying here with our church group! Each bedroom having its own bathroom is perfect for our situation. Mike is always so responsive and an excellent host. Thanks so much!
We were a group of 8 couples and we really liked this place as it’s in great location though in mountains still close to main road and 8 miles to Boone downtown
Property had 9 bedrooms with attached bathrooms which was very important for us
Mike the property manager was very responsive
this is our second time
Strongly recommended
A great place to stay for large groups. Fee schedule is different, and the minimum length of stay is longer than most because it is bigger than just a house. We had a wonderful time and the space worked well for our needs.

Perfect weekend away
We loved the lodge! It was perfect for a 3-day weekend in the mountains. In the mountains yet close to things to do. It had everything we needed for a group of 9 couples. We really liked that every room had en suite bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked. The outside area was perfect for a fire & enough space in 2 hot tubs for a lot of us. Really enjoyed the woods and hiking right behind the house. Would def come back!

Perfect Retreat!
We had a blast at this awesome stay for our retreat. Mike was awesome to deal with and the house was extremely nice and clean. Definitely hope to be back!
The Blue Ridge Mountain Lodge is a beautiful place in a beautiful setting. The ample size of the Lodge allowed all my siblings and siblings-in-law to stay in one place. All had a great time and enjoyed the many and varied activities available close by. I would definitely consider staying there again and will recommend it to others.

Excellent Host and Home
Host is so accommodating, helpful, and accessible. The home works so well for our groups needs and we are grateful for the chance to stay in the Blue Ridge Mountain Lodge. Thank you!
We had 16 people for a 80th birthday celebration and the house was well suited for lots of people with different family configurations. I also loved that there were several areas to hang out and room for everyone to sit down for a meal together. Would recommend this property.
Mike was very responsive to any questions we had before we arrived. The home is located in a community outside Boone off 105 - very convenient to attractions, stores, etc. This house is one of the most well-stocked our group has ever rented. It had everything we needed. It's located directly across from the swimming pool and tennis courts, which our group enjoyed. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay!
We were a family group of 21 age 2-75. We were able to find activities in the area to keep busy in spite of the rain. Mike was very responsive to any of our concerns.

Family of 16, 14 adults and 2 children
This lodge is a neat fun place to have family gatherings. Our 3rd year and with the new hot tubs, always something new to enjoy. The childen's room is perfect to keep them occupied until their parents awake. The family gathering area for conversations together, is perfect. Lots to do in the area, to visit and enjoy hiking, climbing and exploring.
Just a fantastic house to stay for a large group of friends. Bedrooms were large with comfort and each room containing a bathroom is a big bonus. The 3 tv areas are comfortable and fire pit gives a super conversation area at night. We will retyrn
The house was awesome, spacious and well laid out. Everyone in the group of 14 commented on how great the house was and it was perfect for our annual friends weekend away. Bedrooms were perfect and the kitchen was exceptional with everything that we needed to cook meals and just have a great time. Mike, the host, was excellent to work with and very responsive to any question I had prior to arrival. I highly recommend this place as a great place to stay and enjoy time away.
