Two Bed two bath Premium

Never been rented , Premium location. This is a well appointed unit with high end finishes and new furnishings. This unit is on the middle floor with two beds and two baths located in building 4 right across from the new recreation center. This unit offers free WI-FI. The living room offers a new 65 inch smart TV, electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with many accessories & seating for 4 in the dining area. The master bedroom has a King size bed and 65 inch flat screen TV. The guest room has bunk bed featuring a twin over Full bed . From the private balcony you have long range mountain views and a ski in/out slope view in the winter. This unit has an electric remote fireplace & a washer/dryer. The clubhouse is now open to our guests with an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room. The property also has tennis courts and outdoor grilling areas. Come relax in the mountains! **No wood burning fire place**

We had a wonderful stay at this two bedroom, two bath unit at Sugar Mountain. The condo was exactly as described on the listing. It was very clean, comfortable, and nicely updated with high quality finishes and furnishings. Our family especially loved the location right at the top of Oma’s Meadow. The ski-in and ski-out access made the trip incredibly easy and enjoyable.Communication with the property team was smooth and timely, and check-in was straightforward. The unit had plenty of plates, silverware, cups, and baking sheets, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there.The only small improvement I would suggest is adding a few more cooking pans, food storage containers, and basic cooking utensils for guests who plan to prepare meals in the condo.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay and we would absolutely choose this unit again on a future trip to Sugar Mountain.
