Vue magnifique!

Very comfortable multi-level condo with magnificent views of Banyuls. We had an excellent week at this vacation home. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Close to beaches, although having a car is recommended. No complaints, you will not regret waking up to the views of the sun rising over the Mediterranean and the town of Banyuls. Don’t hesitate!

It is a beautiful home with a great view. The beds are all very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare meals. Visiting from over seas and traveling by plane, having linens for the beds would have been nice. I would still highly recommend this home. Thank you to our host.

Tolles Ferienhaus in hervorragender Lage

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in diesem tollen Ferienhaus hoch über Banyuls verbracht. Die Lage und der Blick von dem Haus über die Küste hinunter nach Banyuls sind atemberaubend. Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit des Hauses sind herausragend. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt!!! Die Haus ist absolut geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man findet auch alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Man hat ihr wirklich an viele Details gedacht. Die Kommunikaton vor und während des Urlaubs war hervorragend. Selten haben wir in einem derart tollen Haus unseren Urluab verbacht. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben als Familie mit 3 Kindern eine wunderbare Zeit in den Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die zwei Terrassen sind toll und die Sicht auf das Meer besonders schön. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts.

Calme et confort

Une maison au calme sur les hauteurs de Banyuls avec une tres belle vue. 2 terrasses toutes équipées en table et barbecue/plancha. Une décoration faite avec goût, un équipement complet dans la maison et une literie excellente. Tout étai réuni pour un séjour réussi. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bonne communication avant notre arrivée avec Sandra et Valérie. Accueil exceptionnel de Valérie, qui a pris le temps de nous donner pleins d’indications sur la ville, la région, les plages et les animations. Le logement est conforme aux photos, très agréable et fonctionnel, Rien ne manque en équipement dans la cuisine, les deux terrasses sont forts bien équipées pour des repas sympas. Un supermarché bien achalandé à deux pas, le centre-ville a 5 minutes en voitures. Nous recommandons sans hésitation ce beau logement neuf.

Maison agréable dans un bel environnement

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 3 semaines dans cette maison bien équipée, d'un entretien facile et très agréable avec ses 2 terrasses et son jardin. A préciser: la maison est bien située sur les hauteurs de Banyuls (au calme) mais est à 35 mn à pieds du centre ville (pour un bon marcheur).

Tres chouette maison moderne un peu atypique, avec superbe vue depuis la terrasse. Les pièces a vivre sont entourees de deux terrasses agrementees de mobilier d exterieur cosy et les équipements de la cuisine sont top! Garage ou mettre votre voiture. Les lieux sont extrêmement calmes! Parfait tant pour partir en balade que pour aller au bord de l eau. Propriétaire et conciergerie tres accessibles et agréables pour faciliter votre sejour, avec retour tres rapides. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Logement très propre, très pratique et très bien équipé. Rien a redire ! Vue magnifique sur la mer ! Propriétaire et concierge super accueillant et sympathique. Il ne manquait rien ! Meme avec des enfants en bas âge, les escaliers sont sécurisés, aucun problème. Clim, barbecue, plancha, machine a laver, sèche linge, tous est prévue. La seule chose qui nous a manqué, un terrain de pétanque... Je recommande et nous pensons revenir. Merci pour la petite attention et pour les messages pendant notre séjour.

Un cadre d'exception

Situation en retrait de Banyuls, donc au calme, proche des vignes, sur les hauteurs, ce qui procure une très belle vue sur la mer. Idéalement située pour des promenades en bord de mer ou dans les Albères : la montée à la tour de Madeloc vaut vraiment le détour. Logement très fonctionnel, très agréable, très bien aménagé et décoré. Très bien équipé. Très lumineux. Terrasse sur le devant très agréable, mais également sur l'arrière, plus abritée. Nous recommandons cette location et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Propriétaire avenante qui s'enquiert discrètement de notre bonne installation.

Maison au calme et avec une vue exceptionnelle sur Banyuls et la mer. Superbes terrasses à l'avant et à l'arrière de la maison, par contre on ne peut pas profiter du terrain car trop en pente. Compter 25 minutes pour se rendre à la plage à pied. Merci à Mme JOUILLE pour la petite attention à l'arrivée, et pour s'être enquise de notre bien-être pendant le séjour.

Modern apartment with great sea view

This large new apartment has all modern conveniences and is tastefully decorated. The view from the terrace is superb. It is situated on the edge of town and a fair walk to the beach, but peaceful and quiet away from the action in town. Supermarket close by. Very helpful and friendly concierge. Recommended.

Tolle Wohnung über zwei Etagen

Super Wohnung mit Garage. Der Blick über Banyuls sur Mer ist traumhaft. Das Objekt ist sehr ruhig gelegen aber mit dem Auto ist man in ein paar Minuten im Städtchen wo das Leben tobt. Die Umgebung ist auch traumhaft. Wir waren mit dem Mountainbike unterwegs und waren von den Bergen, Küste und den Weinbergen sehr angetan. Einfach wunderschön! Von dort aus kann man noch einige Küstenstädte besuchen und man ist auch schnell in Spanien. Ein Fahrt in die Pyrenäen kann man auch unternehmen. Wir haben uns in dem Haus was keine Wünsche offenlässt sehr wohlgefühlt und können es nur empfehlen. Birgit
