The studio is located on a slope down to the sea in a larger imaginatively built apartment complex, Les Hauts du Fontaule built in 1992, renovated outside 2012, with stairs and vaults crossing and across. The apartment is freshly painted in white with brown tiled floor and consists of a room with kitchenette, toilet and large terrace. The apartment also has a private parking space.

The toilet has a shower and sink. The kitchen has good cooking facilities with two hobs, microwave, coffee maker and sink. There is plenty of porcelain and there is usually also some basic goods in the pantry, such as spices, tea, pasta and rice. The water from the tap is also excellent for drinking. There is also a fridge with freezer compartment.

In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people and access to an unlockable extra mattress, for two people, with associated electric pump. There is also a kitchen table with chairs, electric piano and Cd / cassette radio, as well as cabinets, drawers, bedside tables and a wardrobe.

The terrace which has a nice sea view and is sunlit from morning to evening has table and four chairs with seat cushions. There is also a drying rack for towels and swimwear. The entrance to the terrace consists of large sliding glass doors and wooden doors that can be locked in position, or closed to protect the apartment from the solar gas.
