"We had a partial bay view on the first floor. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The staff was helpful. We had breakfast at the restaurant on site and it was very good. We did not use the pool but it looked very nice. The hotel is located just above the downtown of Nelson's Bay. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the docks, restaurants and shops. We would certainly stay there in the future if we were back in Nelson's Bay. "

"Our stay was amazing. Breakfast is a must have at the hotel. They have vegetarian and vegan options as well. Not so much in the dinner menu but the staff advised that they can prepare vegan food on request. Amenities provided were above par. Cleanliness level was good. Amazing views for the sunset. Pool was clean and well maintained. Pro Tip:- Some of the room types are available at ground and first floor. If you use third party sites to book your stay, it is a good idea to call them and say that you want a room at the first floor for better views. By default they assign a room at ground floor, so even if you have marine view room, it will be a restricted view. First floor rooms have balconies and better views. "

"We were so happy to see how inviting the unit was . Extremely welcoming with the beach theme. and everything absolutely spotless . Thank you to the hosts who were very quick and helpful when I managed to mix up the TV controls. The position was perfect just a walk across the road to shops , cafes , yummy ice cream and Gelato shop and plenty of Fish and Chips . Plus recommend the Dolphin cruise .
