A pretty typical Americinn. Clean, okay breakfast. My one complain was the lack of blackout curtains- we had bright parking lot lights shining in our room all night long- enough light to read by but bad for sleep.

I liked the location of the hotel near places to eat. Did not have very many options for the free breakfast in the hotel. Beds were not that comfortable.The air condition Filter was filthy. Bedsheets were stained walls in the bathroom were dirty.

The room wasn't disgusting but definitely could have been cleaner, especially the shower and jetted tub. There was hair in both, and the bathroom needs a deeper clean. Was disappointed in the balcony on the 5th floor, there was only 1 table out there and it had food smeared all over it. Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast options were great.

I booked a last minute room for a great deal. Check-in via the app was easy, and it only took me less than a minute to get my key at the front desk. The room was very clean. USB and C charger are available in a wall mounted feature (which you’d think you’d see more of in hotels, but not really!) —the beds are very comfortable. I had no issues and slept well. My only suggestion to the hotel staff, and especially when it’s a woman traveling alone: avoid announcing the room number out loud when you hand the key to the guest. It’s just an extra layer of safety. Otherwise, I’m very pleased with my stay, and would recommend this as a cheaper, clean alternative to pricey tourist stays when you’re traveling the short distance to the Dells.

The staff was wonderful! Helpful, happy and respectful. The cleanliness of the rooms and general areas left a lot to be desired. Bathroom behind the door on the floor and trim was dusty and nasty. Needs a GOOD CLEANING.

Staff was excellent and fixed our issues right away. The sofa bed fitted sheet was dirty as well as the extra blankets in the drawer for the sofa bed but they gave us new ones right away. There were some crumbs in the hallway stairway the two days we were there, we didn't tell anyone but I would think vacuuming in the area would take of it quickly. The restaurant Mikes Italian was delicious and generous servings, yikes!!! Overall the building is definitely in need of updating as all older hotels but it was a good stay

Staff was friendly. Our end of hallway smelled and room also did. Going up to 5th floor outside deck, you had to go through a room. That room smelled so bad I was gagging. That needs to improve 100% ! I honestly will not book there again.

The property is fine, but there are a few problems. Ashtrays are immediately adjacent to doors, so doors and even the elevator smelled like smoke each time we entered or exited. Breakfast was ok but they didn’t have enough staff. They ran out of eggs and sausage we had to wait 30 minutes for those. They also ran out of juice and waffle batter and this was only half way through breakfast service.

The breakfast was ok. No complaints there. The bed was dirty. My pillow cases had stains on them (drool marks?). Had to sleep with a t-shirt over the pillows. The mattress under the sheet looked like WW3. Definitely would not stay there again.

Breakfast was hot, and the staff who prepared it were very friendly; the on-site restaurant was nice, and the location was great. The lobby was clean; however, the windows on the door entering the hotel were so dirty that the halls were clean. Now to the room; the door would not shut unless you picked up on the doorknob and slammed it shut. Upon entering the room, it initially looked clean, and as we settled in, the mirrored wall around the jacuzzi tub was so smeared and dirty that I could not bring myself to use the tub. I can't imagine it being properly cleaned. The bathroom walls, especially behind the garbage can, were so dirty. The body wash, shampoo, or conditioner were all empty. I removed the bottles from their holders, and under the bottles was dirty, slimy, and brown. There were no bath towels in the room. I did not notice the first night that the bedspread was dirty and stained. The fitted sheet did not stay in place, so as my husband and I remade the bed, the mattress protector was yellow and had blood stains and other stains all over it. The light fixtures on both sides of the bed did not work either. We did mention to the front desk about the missing towels, lights, door, and empty containers in the shower. When we were out the door, it was fixed, towels were provided, and lights were taken care of. But still the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles were empty.

My card for my room didn’t work when we arrived and then we get in the room and beds were not clean the sheets had yellow stains all over them which makes me think the room wasn’t even cleaned before arrival. Will definitely not be booking here again
