"Floor was not cleaned properly, bathroom door broken, no housekeeping every day, outside food not allowed, 1 towel allowed per room even 2 or 3 person, when booked mentioned free complementary breakfast but denied to serve complementary breakfast, bedsheet not replaced with new one, seems darty used one with lot of dust and dart, can't sleep whole night because of noice coming for road rooms are not sound proof. Not suggested try something else other than this"

From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the food was absolutely delicious, and the housekeeping team was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. A very special mention goes to Shreya from Guest Relations. She went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were taken care of throughout our stay. She truly is comfortable and memorable ensuring every personal request was handled with genuine care and professionalism. "A great and nice place in a bustling neighborhood. The hotel and amenities are good for a peaceful stay. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. We only ate the breakfast, and it was a great spread with variety of options for gluten free also. Overall, a great experience."

"I was very happy with my stay and think this is an excellent choice for people only needing one night if they are flying in/out of Kolkata due yo its proximity to the airport. My only criticism was the confusion regarding a late night pickup that I organised as this caused undue stress and a very long delay. The manager was very apologetic, but I recommend they improve the airport transfer system."
