He was there if we needed anything even escorted us to house from airport so we wouldn’t get lost. This house is perfect location; quiet area but close enough to everything you want to see. The shuttle was an added bonus. I did not take the shuttle to the hotel and our taxi driver got lost. So make sure you let the hotel know your arrival details so that the shuttle would be available.
