On the tranquil outskirts of Barbate, immersed in the stunning natural beauty of the region, the holiday home Villa Giovanni is situated on a 1250 m2 property with a fantastic pool area and garden. Stretching across 2 floors, the enchanting holiday home boasts rustic architectural features and consists of a spacious living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, 3 double bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and a toilet. The lovely holiday home can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a washing machine and a television. The highlight of the property, however, is its expansive outdoor area, which ensures privacy and fun for every member of the family. In the lush, 850 m2 garden, you will find sun recliners, towering palm trees, a small playground set and an in-ground trampoline. Prepare delicious lunches together in the large barbecue area and enjoy them at the table in the garden or on the spacious porch, equipped with a comfortable lounge. Refresh yourself after sunbathing in the oval-shaped pool or wait until after sundown, when the pool lights up for a night swim. On the upper floor of the home, you will furthermore find a large terrace, which invites you to enjoy a glass of full-bodied wine as you admire the view of the surrounding nature. You will find a fantastic array of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the centre of Barbate, which is 2.5 km or a 4-minute drive away. Additionally, the beautiful, sandy beach of Playa de Hierbabuena is 1.3 km or a 2-minute drive away.



The swimming pool is only available from April1st. until 31. October.

2 covered parking spaces are available on the property and further street parking is available. Pets are allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The full bathroom is located on the ground floor and the half bath is on the first floor. The homeowner will come by every 2-3 days to maintain the garden, pool and outdoor area.
