Large open concept extended A frame, 2X6 construction fully furnished with all the amenities. 200 ft of private waterfront and freighter views with amazing sunsets on Neebish Island. Cooks kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and new stove/grill. Sealed Vermont casting fireplace with thermostat control. E glass easy open windows. Large master bedroom with large bathroom. Huge storage/work room with washers and dryers. Very large extended outdoor deck and second floor deck. Dock and next door launch for boats. Fire pit and plenty of cleared property to bring in additional tents or trailer. Wifi, Dish satellite and Ranger ATV car included.
