Our room was furnished with odd bits of furniture. Run with barely any staff, our room was never cleaned (three night stay). The pool area was poor with cobwebs and weeds coming up through the floor in the changing rooms. Garden area is overgrown, nothing like the website photo. It was a relief to leave.

Beautiful hotel

Very nice hotel and accomodations were good. However, the shower was wierd with one side fully opened. When the shower wand was placed in the holder facing the wall it spun around and sprayed the whole bathroom. I think they said it was and "Italian" style shower. Also, the listing shows parking available. We had to park on the street because when we arrived from a late night the 2 small lots were full.

Je précise que mes commentaires portent sur une chambre premier prix située dans la partie vétuste de l’hôtel, qui ne correspond pas à un 4*. Très habituée à l’hôtellerie, en général, quand je ne suis pas satisfaite de mon séjour, mais qu’il y a eu de la bonne volonté à résoudre les problèmes, je ne fais pas de commentaires. Mais là, je crois qu’on a dépassé l’acceptable. En arrivant je découvre qu’il n’y a qu’une douche baignoire, on me propose une vraie douche pour +42€ par nuit. Ne pouvant pas l’utiliser (bords de 60 cm à enjamber) car je suis âgée, je ne me suis pas douchée pendant 2 jours. J’ai trouvé une bouilloire dans la chambre avec des sachets de thé. J’ai demandé des dosettes de café, on me répond que les cafetières ne sont que dans les chambres prémium, soit, des sachets suffiront. Dans l’après-midi on me dépose des dosettes de café. Puis, je découvre la vétusté du lieu : fenêtres simples vitrages au petits bois moisis, prise de courant déchaussée de la bouilloire, rideaux d’un autre époque, raccords de peinture approximatif, poignée de porte branlante. Ensuite, le deuxième jour ma chambre n’a pas été faite. Explication : on n’avait pas de clef pour entrer, un client est parti avec la 2éme. Tiens donc ! Et alors, comment la veille les dosettes de café sont-elles entrées dans ma chambre ? Enfin, toute la nuit du samedi au dimanche une guirlande a flashé sous mes fenêtres…

Bel établissement, au calme, personnel très accueillant et prêt à rendre service. Dommage que certains équipements soient vieillots et hs par défaut d entretien (robinetterie, lampe de chevet notamment), cela dit la propreté est impeccable et le prix somme toute modéré, donc cela reste un très bon choix, j y retournerai volontiers.

Meilleur spot à Barbizon

Très agréable hôtel mais dans son jus … petit déjeuner sans buffet donc un peu long et choix limité. Très agréable endroit calme et avec piscine très propre . Accueil et personnel très sympathique. Nous reviendrons , hôtel très bien situé pour faire des randonnées en forêt de Fontainebleau et un peu de culture avec les musées.

Accueil très chaleureux et efficace dans un environnement très calme et verdoyant. Accès à pied directement au cœur du village de Barbizon. Chambre très spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire. Super sauf... le petit déjeuner

Joli hôtel très bien placé au coeur de Barbizon. Les chambres sont jolies et récemment rénovées. Curieusement il faut appeler pour se faire ouvrir le parking même au milieu de la nuit ce qui oblige le personnel à veiller jusqu'à pas d'heures. Un gros bémol : le petit déjeuner vendu beaucoup trop cher ! A éviter !
