Hotel Lugano
The staff was great- nice hotel. I will say the walls are quite thin so it’s very loud. You hear people above you, next to you and outside the door very easily. Other than that the stay was very nice.

Any issues we encountered were addressed promptly; for example, when our room wasn't ready, the staff quickly arranged a replacement room and free drinks.
