You are 10 minutes by tube to Las Ramblas the heart of Barcelona City, where you can visit La Boqueria , the most amazing market in Europe which you will never forget.Walking down Las Ramblas you´ll reach Maremagnum by the sea side.Enjoy walking along the Barcelona sea front towards the Port Olimpic.Don´t miss a visit to The Picasso Museum , MACBA, La Pedrera , Torre Batllo, Parc Güell and Barça Stadium Museum . Great location, a few mins from metro stations at Clot and Encant and loads of options for eating and drinking on the doorstep. Pedro was a lovely host; welcoming and extremely helpful with some great recommendations and advice for our stay.

very nice location

we stayed for 5 nights, lovely location close to all amenities and the metro stop (encants). Very easy to get around walking and metro if need be, an amazing city with stunning weather - we will be coming back again to eixample.

Excellent location and host

Had an excellent stay with Pedro. He was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect; close to 2 Metro lines and walking distance to many attractions. Would definitely come back again.

Wonderful stay in Barcelona!

My partner and I could not have asked for a better stay in Barcelona! Pedro’s apartment was excellent for anyone looking to roam around Barcelona by foot. The location was simply amazing. Watch out for the stairs though, they’ll whip you into shape. Thank you to Pedro and his wife - they welcomed us and provided a lot of information. We will be back!

Great place in a convenient location

Pedro is a great guy and has a really nice place here. Very clean and comfortable. A couple of notes. There is no wi-fi (or wee-fee as they call it :) ) and not much of TV options but then again you're in Barcelona so you don't really miss it. There's a great supermarket right around the corner and a pharmacy too. Metro is right there also! Really nice location in a wonderful city!!

Barcelona stay

The apartment is spacious and clean with all the amenities. Kitchen well equiped. Beds are comfortable. Many restaurants, cafes and markets nearby. There is no elevator. Stairs are small and quite inconvenient to climb. Street noise is felt. Overall we are happy with this stay.

Our First Stay in Lovely Barcelona

My family and I had a fabulous time staying at Pedro's property in Barcelona. His place is located in a very convenient location. Near many of the sites of interest and the train system. From Pedro's apartment you're about a 10 minute walk to the beautiful La Sagrada Familia. Also the neighborhood is very safe and close to many great restaurants and markets. We really loved the family oriented feel of this beautiful city as well as the cleanliness. The apartment was very clean with all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. We highly recommend Pedro's place for your stay in Barcelona!

Highly recommended!

Pedro was so kind and took his time to explain everything to us upon arrival. The location was perfect, 5 min walk from La Sagrada Familia, and 15 min walk to Glories mall center, it’s literally close to everything, metro stations and also train to go back to the airport. We couldn’t have selected a better location for our stay. For my mom, the stairs were a bit difficult as the property is on the 4th floor but she got used to it. We also felt very safe in the area. Overall, it surpassed our expectations and we will gladly come back! 10/10

Cozy, central and spacious apartment! Very kind host, all in all a great place to stay!

We stayed in Barcelona for four days and had a very good time in Pedro and his wife’s apartment. Check in was very flexible, we arrived and Pedro and his wife were there, giving us a warm welcome (“this is your home for the next days”) and a very detailed introduction. The apartment is authentic and located in a nice and lively district, also close to Sagrada Familia. Everything was clean and neat. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two separate beds. The kitchen is relatively big and from the balcony you have a pretty view. We enjoyed the stay to the fullest and would definitely recommend the apartment!

Perfect Location! Great Space!

Pedro's apartment exceeded our expectations! It was MUCH larger than we expected. It had nice natural light, two good size bedrooms with comfortable beds, large living room with dining table for 6, kitchen with great amount of pans/knieves, bathroom, and two small terraces. The location in Barcelona is AMAZING. A 10 minute walk to La Sagrada Familia, so many restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery stores, and two Metro stations and many bus stops. You do NOT need a car!!! You do not want a car! Lol. We were in Barcelona for 5 full days and two half days on either end and we feel SO lucky that we were able to stay at the apartment. Pedro was absolutely wonderful. He met us at the apartment and gave us a full tour, suggestions for where to go, and was available on WhatsApp to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this location. :)
