A basic hotel but very friendly staff and a comfortable bed. We didn’t try the breakfast as there were a lot of coffee shops/bakeries close by. I might choose this hotel on another visit to Barcelona as the location felt safe and was not too busy.

Don't expect much

We can say that it was a good stay, except for the neighborhood, the fact that the hotel is under construction, the noise very early in the morning due to the distance of 2 meters between the breakfast dining room and the rooms, the fact that they still keep the room open for service despite knowing this situation, the neighborhood of the hotel and its surroundings are noisy :)

The check in could have been quicker with an extra person on reception. Housekeeping wasnt good on the first day better on the second however on both days the coffee/tea supplies werent topped up. Would stay again as great area.

Good value. 4th stay at this hotel. Large room. Safe. Great wifi. Convenient location. 2 minutes from Metro / Funicular. Room had an odd odour coming in the bathroom (through the plumbing I imagine) but in fairness, I didn’t say anything until check out after my 4 night stay. I just used a can of air spray and all was fine. I mentioned this to reception on check out. A Carre Four and Dias minutes away for snacks. Recommended

Surprisingly when we arrived at the hotel we weren’t even greeted by the two receptionists. Not even a good evening let alone a smile or a welcome phrase. Even though I did check online for which I had a confirmation email the receptionist kept insisting that I did not do so and wouldn’t even take a second to look at the email confirmation which I was trying to show him. Hence the check in took very long which we really weren’t very pleased to go through because it was almost midnight and we were travelling with kids. However the breakfast was good and the staff down there was nice and polite. Another thing which we didn’t expect was the construction that was going on at the hotel’s first floor where the breakfast room was located. The location of the hotel was good having a lot of dining options around. Wouldn’t praise the cleaning at all, the bathroom needs some deep cleaning. Overall I would not go back there if ever again in Barcelona.

Great location and walkable everywhere. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They even emailed me to let me know my room is ready early (after I dropped off my bag due to early morning flight). Room was clean, spacious and quiet. There's a Burger King right across from hotel in case you get really hungry and need something quick. There's also a laundromat nearby hotel.
