Great hotel, ideally located for sants station and walking distance to las ramblas . Good clean rooms. Good selection at breakfast, only downside was bacon, eggs etc were never hot. Warm at best. Otherwise perfect choice for us.

Sercotel was a fantastic stay, the bed was very comfortable and the rooms were a great size! The pool is on the smaller side but it’s perfect for escaping the heat to cool down Reception staff are amazing and very welcoming. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Barcelona, definitely recommend booking here 👌

We enjoyed a comfortable 1 night stay in a Triple room. Breakfast was very good. Its a nice modern hotel in a good area, 20 mins walk from some of the main streets. The roof terrace is nice to sit out on, though the pool is very small. Would be nice to cool down in though.

The Sercotel Aminster is a great place for a short stay, or even a little longer. We had 5 niggrs here with breakfast and it was a perfect base for us, away from the histle of the center of the city, but close enough to access everything we wanted. The hotel is clean and generally well maintained. Our room was getting a little tired and in need of some maintenance, but as soon as we mentioned this, the staff were very happy to help. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, fresh and tasty, we would highly recommend you book this in advance, but you can also purchase daily 9f you require. This is our second visit here and on our return to Barcelona again, we will book this hotel again.

Modern hotel with very nice foyer and friendly staff. The room was very clean and quite large. Bed was very comfortable. A bonus was the roof area that had a lot of seating, sun and shade and nice little pool (ideal for soaking in after hours or walking around wonderful Barcelona for hours).

The hotel is situated somewhat midway between the Sants Estació (reachable directly from the airport using the train network) and the city centre. There is no metro station close, but that’s not a problem, provided you’re willing to leg it for a few minutes. The building is nice, clean and (superficially) modern. Rooms are large enough, and, when the window is closed, very quiet. Of course, if you open it, you hear the street noise, but, as far as I noticed, it’s not *that* unbearable (not much traffic, but we were there during August, and maybe many locals were off to the coast). More annoying is the noise made by the A/C, which is quite high, at least when you try to go to sleep. We had to switch it off every night. You’ll also have to figure how the various light switches work. It’s a puzzle game to figure out which turns on what. Bathroom is spacious and comfy, you get an extra bidet which is more like a curiosity nowadays. I suspect that it is an old building that has been thoroughly renovated. I can’t comment on the rooftop with the pool, we didn't have the opportunity to use it. Breakfast will easily sate everyone. Watch out though that it is served from 7:30 am onwards. So if you must, like we did, leave early (before 7:30 am) in the morning, please ask the reception the day before for breakfast bags. All in all it’s a good place to stay. The personnel is really nice. Recommended.

Not worth the price

The room door has long-term issues. Every day, I have to go to the counter to handle it, and after resolving it, I still need to try many times to get the door open. The air conditioning is insufficient. Additionally, I need to re-register every day to use the WiFi, which is very inconvenient for elderly people. And swimming pool is too small, even the children are not interested in swimming

Nice property located a bit far away from metro/bus stop and main attractions. Nice restaurants within 20 mins walk. Staff nice and helpful, room super spacious and bed very comfortable. However there was a lot of noise even during the night or early in the morning with door slamming all the time and the air con wasn’t the best. Overall recommended.
