We arrived with no notice at 8am after an international flight. The front desk staff were extremely understanding offering us a place to change while our room was cleaned, holding our bags and placed them in our room after it was available.

According to Hotels.com this is supposed to be a five-star hotel. We've been travelling a lot, and this hotel is definitely not worth five stars. It's very average, and the location is good. The breakfast bar was disappointing, so we found lovely breakfast cafées in the area.

Incredible stay at Sonder. I would gladly stay here again in future travels. Was the perfect location for walking to any destination and a lot of shops, restaurants, and friendly people. The hotel staff was also incredible!

Right in the heart of Barcelona shopping and surprisingly quiet when the windows are closed. The staff were super helpful and friendly and the room had everything I needed (great linens, towels, soap, bath robe, etc). Will definitely be back again!

A quick visit to Barcelona

A great location and next to a major architectural attraction. The breakfast was amazing and I highly suggest you give it a try. It's worth the money. The room layout was modern, balcony spacious and the bathroom size was perfect.
