The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was ready when we arrived, which was the morning of our stay and way before our check in time. Our room had a balcony that opened to the main street, which was a great way to experience the city. The balcony had two sets of windows, which quieted the street noise when needed. The hotel was within walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. The breakfast provided was well stocked with many options. The breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend staying at Petit Palace Eixample.

This hotel's location was perfect for us as it was close to buses and within walking distance of many great restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very clean. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, as we found a lot of good cafes nearby. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathroom was perfect, as was the air conditioning. We will definitely consider this hotel the next time we visit this beautiful city !

Arrived early and was able to check into our room. The room was very clean and cool, we even got a phone call from reception shortly after to ask if everything was satisfactory with the room - which was a nice touch. Pool was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was also really good and not too far from metros or anything! Will be back!

The biggest issue was the noise and very poor sound insulation. You could hear other guests opening their room doors as if they were inside your own room. I’m not a light sleeper, but I was woken up several times during the night, which was particularly frustrating as I was staying here for work and needed a good night’s sleep. The rooms are clean, but they could benefit from a refurbishment. Some of the amenities feel very outdated, particularly the hairdryers, and it would be nice to have conditioner provided. Great location and friendly staff though :)

The room was well kept with shelves for luggage, coffee maker, and small fridge. Front desk and breakfast staff was very helpful even for a late night noise complaint. Lots of food and drink locations within walking distance.

We arrived early and they allowed us to check in at around 10am, the room we were given was clean and tidy, staff was friendly and they speak Spanish and English, Breakfast buffet was always delicious, food items are usually the same but so long as you change it up or aren’t picky, you have plenty to choose from. We didn’t go to it but there’s also a pool on the 8th floor.

This hotel was centrally located and accessible to all your needs, walking, transportation and landmarks. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The rooms were clean and although cozy it had just enough space for 2 people to manage. Beds were very comfortable. Working air conditioner if that's important to you. The rooftop is small but very well placed in shade and sun with a beautiful view! The jacuzzi may for 2 comfortably. There are convenience stores, cafes and restaurants immediately surrounding the hotel. Highly recommend!
