The house is located in Cardedeu, 3 km from the town center, about 10 minutes by car from the Roca Golf course, as well as the Roca Village outlet shopping center. The Circuit de Catalunya de Montmeló is located 15-20 min away.

The house consists of a plot of 3000 m2 of which a good part of them are garden. The property consists of parking, main house and pool.

The pool consists of a children's section and another for adults who communicate through a small wall. The measurements of the pool are 13.20 meters long and 5 meters wide. The depth ranges from 0.65 children's area to 1.60 meters deep. Access to the enclosed pool for children as a security measure.

As for the house, it has 400 m2 of living space.
On the first floor there is dining room of almost 50 meters, kitchen of almost 50 meters, two bathrooms, 2 double rooms with two beds and 2 double rooms with double bed
On the second floor we find 5 double rooms and three more bathrooms. As the rooms are very spacious we can add extra beds

The house is located in Cardedeu, 2.5Km far from the town center. It is also close to the golf course 'La Roca', about 10 minutes by car. Near by there is a famous shopping outlet village called 'La Roca Village'; and not too far, about 15min far, there is the Catalonian motor racing track 'Montmeló'.

The house has got 3000m2 of land, which are partially garden, house and garage.

The swimming pool is divided in two parts, one for adults and the othwer for children, both communicated to each other by a little wall. It measures 13, 20 meters long by 5 meters wide. It is 0.65 m deep on the childrens zone and 1, 60m deep on the adults. The access to the swimming pool is locked for security reasons.

In regards to the house, it is 400 m2 big. On the first floor, there is a living room (45m2), a winter living room (40m2), a kitchen, a laundry room, 2 bathrooms, 1 single bedroom and a double bedroom.

On the second floor, there are 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is possible to add extra beds on the double bedrooms since they are very spacious.
