"The staff were nice. We had a little trouble with our key card having to run up and down the elevator because it wasn’t working staff helped us. Of course the room was nice. The balcony was big there was somebody else’s earring on the hotel room floor. The ocean is beautiful warm the pool is a nice size enough pool loungers to not feel crowded."

"The room needs an upgrade. Smells like old dust. The hotel amenities were great, from the pool to the beach. Also, they have several restaurant options, bowling, and go-karts. Overall, very nice, but rooms need to be upgraded; they look very old"

"What a hidden gem! We loved our stay here. The entire property was clean and well maintained with some lovely historical features (like the tiles!). The small courtyard and pool were refreshing after a day out and there are lots of birds and lizards around too! We saw (and heard) many parakeets while in the courtyard. Staff were very kind and helpful. There is a good grocery down the street (Puebla) with anything you could need. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again! I should note that the beds are VERY soft and may not be comfortable for those who prefer a firm mattress."
