  • Apartment of 140m² located in the heart of the Southern Alps, in the Ubaye Valley, in a small quiet family condominium with a large garden.

    The apartment is located in the center of Barcelonnette on the 1st floor of a Mexican villa. Magnificent unobstructed view of the mountain.

    Close to all shops, restaurants, cultural and sports activities (cinema, canyoning, via ferrata, tennis, swimming pools, hiking, tree climbing, paragliding, golf...)

    Apartment composed of 3 bedrooms (2 double beds + 2 single beds + 1 sofa bed 2 places), large living room, dining room, large entrance, large separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet, terrace, free parking space on site.

    Thank you for respecting the neighborhood, for the comfort of all! Parties not allowed.
