Hotel sympa à 5mn de l'aéroport

Nous avons passé une nuit avant de prendre l'avion.Emplacement proche de l'aéroport ,chambre spacieuse ,propre ,salle d'eau jolie et spacieuse , personnel très sympa .Nous avons mangé le soir , repas simple mais bon , le chef parle le Français et est très sympas .Bref une bonne adresse pour un prix plus que correct ; je recommande.

Outstanding Customer Service

We were impressed with the quality of costumer service of the hotel. Guglielmo, the concierge, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to help us in everything we needed, even though we did not speak Italian. Vladimiro, was also very kind and friendly during breakfast. Despite the fact that the hotel does not have a good location, I would highly recommend this hotel because of its excellent service. Thank you Guglielmo for making us feel VIP customers.

arrivo alle 21, zona a rischio, parcheggio strapieno di autocarri e furgoni con difficoltà intravedo l'entrata. accoglienza gentile dal cameriere del ristorante. cattivo odore in ascensore. arredamento più che minimalista, aria condizionata inesistente-caldo soffocante. alle 9,20 vado per fare colazione trovo tutto spento, 10 marmelltaine, 7 fette biscottate, chiedo due cappuccini che mi dicono devo andarmi a prendere al bar (a 5 metri). al check out cercano di farmi pagare la colazione (€. 2,00) compresa nella camera. una vergogna per il turismo italiano.addio
