"I liked the central location of this hotel, and it felt very comfortable. The room itself was a bit small, but for one person it was fine, and bigger than other hotel rooms I’ve stayed in in nyc. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, I slept really well. The walls are a bit thin, I could hear my neighbors talking, and I could also hear people having sex on two separate occasions in the same night. The location is super central and walkable to various shops and restaurants in Williamsburg, and a ten min walk to M and L lines, and a bus that stops right outside! There is free coffee in the mornings until 10 am, and there is also a really cool rooftop bar, that guests of the hotel can get to without paying for a ticket/cover. The view is amazing. And it is open pretty late, so sometimes on the weekend you can hear the music from the room but it’s easy to drown out. I didn’t get a chance to check out the gym, but it has its own level and open 24 hrs!"

"Great location with convenient parking. Subway right at the corner. Very walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly front desk. Nice rooms. Excellent latte in the morning. Elevator was beyond slow. Room service was supposed to be until nine. I called at 8:20 and was told the kitchen was closed. Extremely disappointing."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The immediate hotel property was clean, and well-maintained common areas. Everything felt cared for and welcoming. There is a sanitation facility across from the hotel, but there were NO remnants of bad odors outside the hotel and we were there during hot summer weather. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist offered a positive experience. My only critique is that the airport shuttle service does not begin until 5:00 AM. Travelers with very early flights should plan accordingly, as we needed to arrange an Uber for a 4:00 AM pickup to make our 6:30 AM flight. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did not diminish the overall quality of our stay. Overall, this is a very nice hotel with great accommodations and helpful staff. I would stay again and would recommend it to others, especially those who do not have extremely early departure times."
