"Café da manhã era bom, diversificado e com pratos regionais. Funcionárias muito queridas e boas dicas de atrações por parte da proprietária. No entanto, limpeza do box e embaixo das camas, muito ruim. Lençóis e toalhas lavadas, mas com aspecto de encardido. Cheiro de mofo disfarçado com naftalina. Pousada bem localizada, merece um trato. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here for almost 2 weeks in their largest room which had a comfortable bed, sofa, tv, bathroom, kitchenette, microwave etc. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of foods. Nearby chocolate shop was a plus, and close to a supermarket and some restaurants. It is a walk to the center of town (1/2 hour?) or you can take a taxi. No pool. "

"Terrible experience for our family of two parents and two adult daughters! We had it reserved for 2 nights but could only stay one night because of the awful conditions. We arrived after 8:00pm, and apparently, that is the time when the staff for the Flats leave. The HOTEL CKERK gave us our keys. But the hotel staff could not help us when we asked for sheets for the couch/bed, fan, and soap. They said they had all of those things, but they could not give us any because we were staying in...
