"overall its a great resort, but nothing like the Robinson clubs we have experienced in in other counries. Staff often tried, but were a bit unprofessional/not well trained and not very kind especially at the buffett. Simple things like a bottle of water at the kids table seemed too much. "The hotel staff were really good. Breakfast was great and the dinner at restaurant was just perfect. The hotel has a very nice spa with a small swimming pool ( a bit too small for my taste). But the best thing was actually the amazing lake really close the hotel which was very nice. I will defiantly return. "
