The front desk lady was friendly and extremely helpful, which made our stay that much easier. This was much appreciated. Our room was clean and comfortable, with good facilities. The breakfast was great. This property was well positioned for us, and well serviced by trams, making travel around the city quite convenient. The Basel visitor card, from our hotel, enabled free public transport travel.

We were delighted at how friendly the staff were. The ladies at the front desk became friends by the time we left. They were also very helpful with recommendations and helpful tips. The hotel was clean, the breakfast delicious and the rooms well appointed. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was at a really high quality (in terms of facilities and cleanliness). Customer service provided was outstanding. The hotel is located at a good location... a few minutes away from the city center with the tram.

Comfortable bed, cool air-conditioning, good wifi, simple but good breakfasts, helpful staff. The one problem was the automatic late check-in. I found the instructions difficult to follow, but a manager answered the phone quickly and let me in. However, that didn't detract from an excellent stay. The hotel was everything I wanted it to be, and more.

GrundlÊggende sÄ synes jeg egentlig det er var okay. Men jeg synes der er noget du selv kunne gÞre bedre. AltsÄ jeg synes indsÊtningen var en katastrofe fordi receptionen var lukket og folk har svÊrt ved at gÄ ind pÄ deres vÊrelser fordi den der til genstand den ikke rigtig fungerede. Derfor sÄ synes jeg at den trak meget ned og sÄ sendte og sÄ var der heller ikke rengÞring om sÞndagen selvom jeg har sendt mit skilt pÄ dÞren. Jeg er pÄ vej lidt skuffet over det og morgenmaden var heller ikke imponerende.

Logo na recepção encontramos uma brasileira que nos deu algumas dicas sobre a cidade e como nos locomover com os transportes pĂșblicos. Foi-nos fornecido um ticket “free” para usarmos nos transportes. No dia seguinte, nos deparamos com outra funcionĂĄrios da recepção que tambĂ©m falava portuguĂȘs, de Portugal. Essas duas meninas foram realmente a cereja do bolo do hotel.
